Payment Schedule & Cancellation Policy:

  1. $300 Non-Refundable Application Fee indicates interest in a bunk.
  2. 50% of your tuition officially reserves your bunk.
  3. You must be paid in FULL ten (10) weeks before your expedition.

Upon acceptance into a Morse Alpha, LLC expedition, if you choose not to attend the program for any reason your application fee, deposit, and/or full payment will be forfeited. If you would like to switch to a different expedition within the same sailing season and we have availability, there is a $1000 transfer fee per person for any changes made up to 10 weeks before your expedition. No changes are permitted within 10 weeks of your expedition.

Morse Alpha, LLC expeditions can only operate with a minimum number of students. Before you book your flights and lodging etc, please check our website for available bunks. If there are 3 or more available bunks, please contact us to confirm your expedition is sufficiently booked. If the trip is cancelled by Morse Alpha, LLC for any reason, you can choose another expedition with availability, or your entire payment will be refunded.

We recommend purchasing trip insurance in the event that you need to unexpectedly cancel.
