Payment Schedule & Cancellation Policy:

A $300 Non-Refundable Application fee will reserve your space in the program.
50% of tuition must be paid within two weeks of receiving this application.
You must be paid in full at least 80 before the start date of your expedition.

If you cancel for any reason within 3 months of your expedition, your tuition will not be refunded and it cannot be transferred to a future expedition. Upon acceptance into a Morse Alpha, LLC expedition, if you choose not to attend the program for any reason your application fee, deposit, and/or full payment will be forfeited. If you would like to switch to a different expedition and we have availability, there is a $500 transfer fee per person for any changes made up to 12 weeks before your expedition. No changes are permitted within 12 weeks of your expedition.

Morse Alpha, LLC expeditions can only operate with a minimum number of students. You will be informed if the expedition is under-booked (unlikely). If the trip is cancelled by Morse Alpha, LLC for any reason, you can choose another expedition with availability, or your entire payment will be refunded.

We recommend you consider purchasing trip insurance in the event that you need to unexpectedly cancel.
